Our EoQ best exemplifies our Core Values day in and day out. The employee goes beyond the scope of their "duties" and takes their responsibilities to the next level. Employees are nominated by the Directors of our five separate departments, with the Tax Collector making the final decision. Although we are always trying to recognize different employees, a few have been chosen twice.
