There are 3 ways you may be able to complete an address change or obtain a duplicate registration for a vehicle, boat or mobile home.

Online:
https://www7.hsmv.state.fl.us/VirtualOffice/faces/lobby.jsp. The fee to change the address and obtain a duplicate registration online is $3.65 per registration.

Mail:
The registered owner would need to send a written request to our office, (request must include license plate number(s), FL number(s) or decal number(s) for a mobile home) a copy of their state issued driver license or identification card. The fee to change the address and obtain a duplicate registration by mail is $2.50 per registration.

In Person:
The registered owner would come in to a local Tax Collector's Office with their state issued driver license or identification card. The fee to change the address and obtain a duplicate registration in person is $3.00 per registration.
