Office Makes 4th Charity Donation Of Used Books
One of our office core values is Community/Social Responsibility. We play an active role in enhancing the quality of life; both personally and as an organization.
Back in 2007, one of my staff Michele Schultz asked if we could start a office library of used books for the purpose of staff to exchange used books and then when enough books accumulate we donate them to a charity.
In the next few days, Manatee's Operation Troop Support will become our fourth recipient of books since its inception. We have also donated to the Senior Enrichment Center (Meals-on-Wheels), Goodwill, and Solve Maternity House. We hope to accumlate enough books for a fifth donation around the Christmas holidays.
