I own a travel trailer or park model that is permanently affixed to the ground. How is it different than a mobile home?

Travel trailers and park models are not technically mobile homes as classified by the State of Florida; per F.S. 320.0815, permanently affixed travel trailers and park model trailers may be issued a license plate, a regular MH decal or a RP decal (with an MH-402); the choice is strictly up to the customer.
