I just moved to Florida from out of state. What do I need to title and register my vehicles in Florida?
This answer has been viewed 6336 times and was last updated on 07/02/2020.Florida law requires you to register and title your vehicle(s) within 30 days after moving here and becoming employed or enrolling your children in public school.

After transferring your vehicle to Florida, contact your previous state DMV for details regarding your old out-of-state license plate(s). You may be eligible for a credit in your previous state.
