Not a Manatee County resident? Effective 7/24/17, Out-of-County residents needing to process title and/or registration transactions for vehicles, boats, and mobile homes can only be served at First Manatee South County Tag Agency, located at 5756 14th St W, Bradenton.
No emission or vehicle safety inspections are required.
However, if the vehicle is coming from out of state, the vehicle identification number (VIN) must be verified. In order to save time, print the VIN Verification Form and have it completed before visiting our office. Florida Notaries and law enforcement officers may certify this form. If it’s not completed in advance, our office can verify the VIN as a courtesy (you must bring the vehicle to the office) when you come in for the transfer, weather permitting.
