When processing a “Title by Mail” transaction, the turnaround time is 10 business days from receipt of the mail packet.  After 10 business days, plus transit and delivery time (3-5 days), you may visit the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles’ website to verify the title status.  Our office will not provide the title status by telephone.

If you initiate your title work by mail, you must complete the transaction by mail; we will not notify you to come in person to process a title that was mailed to our office.  In order to process the title work in person, you must bring the paperwork in to one of our offices and sit with a counter associate.
