As the property owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the required tax is paid. If your property manager or rental agent fails to pay the tax, you are responsible for the tax amount due and any penalties.
As the property owner, you have the ability to view your accounts online to see the amounts remitted on your behalf, so you can monitor your accounts to ensure they're being paid.
