Taxes are delinquent if not paid before April 1st. To avoid your taxes becoming delinquent, you can make online payments of your 2012 real estate or personal property taxes until 11:59 PM on March 31, 2013.

Once delinquent:

2012 Personal Property Taxes: Online payment is available for delinquent and prior year taxes.

2012 Real Estate Taxes: Online payment is available through 5:00 PM EST on 05/30/2013 to avoid the sale of a tax certificate. Online payment will resume after the Tax Certificate sale on May 31st.

To qualify for the May amount due, payments made in person or by mail must be received by 5:00 PM EST on 05/30/2013, in the form of cash, cashier's check, treasurer's check, money order or certified funds. A postmark is not honored on delinquent payments.. Please read the FAQ concerning the account types that cannot be paid online, such as prior year delinquent taxes.

We are not responsible for transactions that could not be processed as the result of technical difficulties such as downtime due to system maintenance or any other occurrence. You may incur additional fees if you are unable to pay online before the end of a payment period.
