Taxes are delinquent if not paid before April 1st. To avoid your taxes becoming delinquent, you can make online payments of your 2017 real estate or personal property taxes until 11:59 PM on March 31, 2018. 2017 Real Estate Taxes: Online payment is available through 5 PM EST on May 30, 2018 to avoid the sale of a tax certificate on May 31, 2018. Online payment will resume after the Tax Certificate sale has concluded and is balanced (approx. June 1). |
