Do I have to have a receipt for my property tax bill payment?

Receipts are optional and are not provided by mail. If you pay by check, your cancelled check may serve as your receipt. You can print duplicate receipts and view payment history on our tax website back to the 1998 tax year.

In addition, the Clerk of Court is the Records Custodian for Manatee County and paid tax records can be obtained from the Clerk of Court for tax years prior to 1998.
