Delinquent 2012 real estate tax payments made in person, online or by mail must be received by 5 PM EST on 05/30/2013 in the form of cash, cashier's check, money order, debit card (subject to your bank's daily limit) or certified funds in order to avoid the sale of a tax certificate on 05/31/2013. The cut-off for all drop-off payments is 5 PM on May 29th but customers can still pay online or wait for an associate to post their payment at any of our four offices through 5 PM May 30, 2013. A postmark is not honored on delinquent payments. Please view our Online Payment FAQ's section. Note: After the Tax Certficate Sale held on May 31st, online payment will resume. |

Why aren't all property owners listed on the property tax bill? Do I have to report assets that I lease, loan, rent, borrow or are provided in the rent on a tangible personal property tax return? Why did I receive a property tax bill when my mortgage company/escrow agent is supposed to pay my taxes? |
