Tourist Development Tax
I only rent property certain times of the year. Am I required to pay tourist tax?

Yes. Tourist tax is due for all short-term rentals of six months or less. All owners of such rentals are assigned a tax account and must remit on a monthly, quarterly, or seasonal basis. Owners who rent seasonally are assigned a tax account and are required to submit tax only in the months that units are rented.
