|I am not a U.S. citizen and I have lost my Florida driver license. How do I apply for a replacement?

Not a Manatee County resident? Effective 7/24/17, Out-of-County residents can only be served at our Driver License Office, located at 904 301 Blvd W, Bradenton. An appointment is required. Visit taxcollector.com to schedule an appointment. Out-of-County residents must select the “Non-Manatee County Resident DL/ID Card Transaction” Service in order to be served. Testing services (e.g. road testing, written exams) are provided for Manatee County residents only.
You must apply for a new driver at your local driver license office. Non-U.S. Citizens: Please bring 1) your original/valid USCIS (INS) documents, 2) proof of social security number, if you have one, and 3) two documents showing your name and residential address. Please read our Non-US Citizen (Temporary Resident, Permanent Resident, Canadian Citizen) Customer Information Publication and for a complete list of acceptable identity documents, visit www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards/what-to-bring.
