First, check with your mail carrier or the U.S. postal service to ensure there has not been a problem with your mail delivery. If you ordered via, it takes a minimum of 7-10 business days to receive—that’s a full two weeks. The state cannot remail to you until 30 days have passed. If it has been 30 days and you want to contact the state through the Customer Service Help Page at Complete the online form and provide your: Full legal name, Complete address, Date of birth, Driver license number, and a short note related to your inquiry. After receiving your information, a research of your inquiry will be done and the state will advise you.
