**Effective December 1, 2017, an appointment is required to process any hunting and fishing license/permit transactions at our Driver License Office located at 904 - 301 Blvd W, Bradenton.  Visit taxcollector.com to schedule an appointment.  (Our other office locations cannot sell hunting and fishing licenses/permits.)**

There is a civil penalty for fishing without the proper license/permit. There is a fine, plus the cost of the applicable annual license/permit. Any person who willfully refuses to post a bond or accept and sign the issued citation is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
