Before visiting our offices, we strongly encourage you to check the status of your license to ensure you have all the documents required to complete your transaction. We will not provide this information over the phone.

If any of the following scenarios apply, refer to any of the applicable customer information publications listed below for more information and instructions.

DUBAL or Refusal - Any Age
An automatic "administrative suspension" has been placed on your record (per F.S. 322.2615) because you were cited as Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and one of the following took place. This immediately suspends your driving privilege.

Zero Tolerance (DUI) - Under 21
An automatic "administrative suspension" has been placed on your record (per F.S. 322.2615) because you were cited as Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and one of the following took place. This immediately suspends your driving privilege.

Ignition Interlock Devices (P Restriction)
When required due to DUI conviction or directed by the court, an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) must be continuously installed on your vehicle(s) for a specified time period.

DUI Revocation
A DUI revocation has been placed on your record because you have been convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) by a court.

DUI Schools, Treatment & Supervision
When reinstating a DUI-related suspension or revocation, you must show proof of enrollment or completion in DUI School
