2019 property tax installment payment plan application deadline is April 30 (Published 04-19-2019)
BRADENTON -- The deadline to participate in the 2019 property tax installment payment plan is April 30. This does not apply to unpaid 2018 taxes, which are now delinquent."If the estimated tax is more than $100, Florida law allows taxpayers to pay real estate and personal property taxes quarterly," said Manatee County Tax Collector Ken Burton, Jr. "The easiest and fastest way to apply is using our website taxcollector.com ."
To participate, the application must be filed by April 30, and the first installment must be paid no later than June 30. The June and September payments constitute a prepayment toward the property taxes due in November, with the remaining two payments due in December and March (2020).
