• Driver license suspensions or reinstatements (other than the D6 Clearances listed under Driver License Services Offered)  
  
  
• Florida, out-of-state or out-of-country driver licenses or ID cards expired 2 years or more
  
  
• Motorcycle endorsement questions
  
  
• Insurance verification letters
  
  
• Eye/vision re-tests - medical evaluations
  
  
• Information on points, driving schools or driving records
  
  
• Renewal of DL with traffic ticket
  
  
• CDL, motorcycle, driver proficiency or any other testing
  
  
• CDL licenses with HAZMAT or Out of State CDL Licenses with School Bus Endorsements
  
  
• Replacement of lost or stolen driver licenses or ID cards with no digital image on file
  
  
• First time issuance of Florida ID cards for customers with no Out of State Driver License or ID card in their possession
  
  
• Issuance of driver licenses or ID cards for individuals unable to provide US citizenship documentation
