Rental Property Decal: This decal will be issued when a person owns the mobile home unit, but not the land.

A yellow month and year decal will be affixed to a large red, blue, orange or green master decal (depending on the year). This decal should be placed in the lower left corner of the window that faces the street/road which provides access to your mobile home.
