Purchase Tax Data: The Manatee County Tax Collector is capable of providing two files which will provide a current view of the Current Tax Year Real Property Tax Parcels and Delinquent Real Property Tax Certificates/non-Certificates.  

These 2 files are available on the first working day of each week as X-based data base files (DBF’s) and on CD media.  Additionally subscribers who provide appropriate media (i.e. 8MM cassette or standard 9 track reels) can receive one file per tape as an ASCII fixed record length file.

• Fill out the request form.  Use the comment field for specific requests/information.
• After completion you will receive an automated confirmation response with additional information.
• A follow-up e-mail from staff will confirm your request.
