Specialized Transactions

As we continually strive to improve our customer service, we have implemented several ways for specialized transactions to be processed. The options below provide you with the flexibility to meet your needs and avoid wait times in our lobbies!

To complete your paperwork, select one of the 3 options listed:

  • Drop off title work in the DeSoto Office at 819 301 Blvd W, Bradenton. There is a 2-business day* turnaround and your work will be available for pickup after 4PM on the 2nd business day.

  • Drop off title work at one of our branch offices. Your work will be couriered to the DeSoto Office for processing. Our courier picks up every Tuesday and Thursday, excluding holidays. There is a 2-business day* turnaround which begins upon receipt of work by the DeSoto Office. You will be contacted by the branch office by phone or e-mail when your work has been returned by the DeSoto Office and is ready for pickup. Note: By couriering the work from a branch, it could take up to a week or more for the completed work to be returned to the branch for pickup.

  • Process your work by visiting other area Tax Collectors. If you cannot wait and must process your title work sooner than the 2-business day* turnaround provided, you may visit another tax collector's office. Below are the offices closest to you:
