Driving Transcripts

1. What Information is Included on a Driving Transcript?

A driving transcript (also called a driving record) provides details about your driving history, including various violations, suspensions, restrictions and other information pertinent to your Florida driving record. A driving transcript also details your personal and driver license information (driver license or identification card issuances, exams passed, driver education information, etc.). Note: All driving transcripts issued by our office are deemed uncertified. If you require a certified driving transcript, please see your options below.

License Status? Visit the FLHSMV’s Driver License Check at mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov/home/en/publicweb/dlcheck/ to check the status of your license, what issues may exist (type of sanction, unpaid tickets, driving school issue, traffic crash, points, etc.) and options to clear. There is no charge for this inquiry and it is available 24/7.
 
2. Obtaining a Driving Transcript
 
Certified driving transcripts:

  1. Visit the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court at 1115 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton or manateeclerk.com/ for more information.
Uncertified driving transcripts:
  1. Save time and money! Order and immediately print Uncertified Driving Transcripts online – or scan the QR code to access the site – to order and print Uncertified Driving Transcripts on demand.
  1. Visit the Driver License Office at 904 301 Blvd W, Bradenton – Transcripts will only be sold to the owner of the record, appointments are required.
3. Acceptable Methods of Payment and Estimated Fees
 
We will accept cash, check, debit cards, and credit cards. A $2.50 processing fee for debit cards and a 2.5% processing fee (minimum of $2.50) for credit cards will apply. Our office does not retain any portion of this fee.

All sales of driving transcripts are final and cannot be voided for any reason.
 
*Fees listed above only apply to transcripts purchased at the Driver License Office. Clerk of Courts and online fees may differ slightly.

**Only Complete Driving Transcripts will list all open or closed citations or sanctions that have not met their retention period. 4. Additional Information

 You can sign up for electronic notifications when citations and/or sanctions are added to your record online - or scan the QR code on the right to access the site.
 

 Check the status of your license at mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov/home/en/publicweb/dlcheck

 An Online Application is REQUIRED for all transactions! To complete your driver license or ID card transaction at one of our offices, you must complete the Online Driver License & ID Card Application (https://taxcollector.jotform.com/210103795736152) – or scan the QR code to access the application – prior to your appointment. Do not print the application; an associate will access your electronic submission during your appointment. Applications are valid for 90 days.  
 
Not a Manatee County Resident? Our offices are open by appointment only for Manatee County residents/businesses only.  All out-of-county residents must visit their home county for information and processing.  To find a location, visit flhsmv.gov/locations.
