We are NOT stating that you are not eligible to be issued a driver license. However, you are being referred to our Driver License Office located at 904 301 Blvd W, Bradenton for further evaluation. The information used to refer you was obtained from your answers on the Driver License Application or observations made in our office. This information has been placed on your Florida record and will be reviewed at the Driver License Office.
