Once the property owner or the owner's agent redeems (pays) the certificate to our office, we'll disburse the funds to you via ACH credit (direct deposit). We disburse funds every Friday for the previous week's certificate redemptions. The day we disburse your funds, you may sign in to your online bidder portfolio for backup documentation.
