Create new account

If you own private rental property, or if you manage or own a hotel, motel, or bed and breakfast, you can create a tourist tax account by completing a new account application. Also, be sure to create an account with the Florida Department of Revenue to remit sales tax.

Update existing account

Submit an account status change to notify us if:

Your telephone number, mailing address, or email address have changed
You no longer rent your accommodations, whether temporarily or permanently
You need to reinstate a previously inactivated account

If you manage multiple privately-owned rental properties on behalf of the property owner, choose from the following options.

Under F.S. 668.6076, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity.
