Processing options:
If property taxes are not paid by the due date, they become delinquent and may incur additional penalties and interest. If these taxes remain unpaid on or before June 1st, our office conducts an annual tax certificate sale, issuing a certificate against the property. Payment of the taxes cancels this certificate.

Email alerts will allow you to receive an email when taxes are due, when a payment is made, when discount periods are ending, and when the taxes are delinquent. View our easy tutorial How to Sign Up for Property Tax Email Alerts for assistance.If you are already signed up for email alerts and wish to unsubscribe or update your alert settings, visit the Email Alerts Management page to update or delete any email alerts that you have set up.
Those certificates that are not purchased through our annual tax certificate sale, default to the county and can be purchased at any time.
Purchase County-Held Certificates
- Review the county held certificate list.
- Complete a W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)
- Complete an Authorization Agreement for ACH transactions.
- Email the completed forms along with the list of certificates you would like to purchase to legal@taxcollector.com
- Our Field Services and Collections Department will respond with payment instructions and further information.
