Processing Options
Our Commercial Driver License (CDL) services are available by appointment only and exclusively at our Driver License Branch.
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations require you to certify under one of four categories of CDL operation before obtaining or renewing a CDL. If you need to clear a CDL medical certification disqualification, you may be eligible to clear it online.
If you're applying for or renewing a CDL with a hazmat endorsement, you must complete the online hazmat application before scheduling an appointment at our Driver License Branch. For more details, visit the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles' hazmat information page.
