Florida Title Transfer

If you've purchased a vehicle in a private sale or received one as a gift, you'll need to transfer the title into your name to establish ownership in Florida. Please note that this process does not apply to vehicles purchased from a Florida dealer, as the dealer is required to handle the title transfer paperwork on your behalf.

To complete the transfer for private sales or gifts, bring the signed title, proof of insurance, and other required documents to one of our branches.
