Print or Replace a Florida Title

Florida titles may be issued as either an electronic title (ELT) or a paper title. If your lienholder tells you your title is ready to be printed, your title is likely electronic. If you previously received a paper title and it has been lost, stolen, or misplaced, you will need to apply for a duplicate title.

If you are unsure whether your title is electronic or paper, complete the Florida Title Status Check to verify the current status of your title before applying for services. After a lien is satisfied, customers may need to obtain their title through our office depending on the current title status.
